How do I complete my profile to get more surveys? +
Go to My Profile in the sidebar. Fill in your professional role, industry, company size, seniority level, and areas of expertise. Members with 100% complete profiles receive 3โ5ร more survey invitations. The most valuable fields are Job Title, Industry, and Decision-Making Authority โ these determine which high-paying B2B surveys you're matched to.
Why am I getting screened out of surveys? +
Survey quotas fill quickly โ a survey may have only 150 spots for finance professionals, for example. Being screened out means either: (1) your profile doesn't match the specific target audience for that study, or (2) the quota was filled while you were answering screener questions. The best fix is to complete your profile fully, which improves AI matching accuracy and reduces wasted screeners by up to 60%.
When will my earnings be credited after completing a survey? +
Earnings are credited to your CosmosPanel balance automatically when our system confirms survey completion โ usually within minutes. The balance shows as "Pending" for up to 7 days while the research client validates responses. After validation, the status changes to "Available" and you can cash out immediately. Surveys marked "Instant" skip the review period.
How do cashouts work and which methods are available? +
Go to Rewards in the sidebar, select your preferred payout method, and enter the amount. Available methods include: PayPal (instant, $10 minimum), Bank Transfer (3โ5 business days, $25 minimum), Amazon Gift Cards (instant, $10 minimum), Apple Pay (instant), Payoneer (1โ2 days), and 50+ other digital options. Earnings are paid in USD; currency conversion fees may apply for international bank transfers.
Is my personal data sold to third parties? +
No. CosmosPanel never sells your personal data. Survey responses are anonymized and aggregated before delivery to research clients โ they only receive statistical insights, never individual-level identifiable data. We are fully GDPR and CCPA compliant, ISO 27001 certified, and SOC 2 Type II audited. You can request a full data export or deletion at any time from your Account Settings.
How does the referral bonus get credited? +
When someone signs up using your unique referral link and completes their first survey, your $10 bonus is automatically credited to your account balance within 24 hours. There is no cap on referral earnings. Refer 5+ people to reach Ambassador tier ($15/referral), 15+ for Champion ($20/referral), and 50+ for Elite ($30/referral). Bonuses from referrals can be cashed out like any other earnings.
What is AI matching and how does it improve my earnings? +
CosmosPanel's AI matching system analyzes your professional profile โ role, industry, seniority, company characteristics, and past survey performance โ to predict which surveys you are most likely to qualify for and earn from. This means you see fewer irrelevant surveys and qualify more often. Members with complete profiles that enable AI matching earn on average 2.4ร more per month than members who haven't completed their profiles. The system continuously learns from your responses to improve future matches.
Can I change my email address or delete my account? +
Yes to both. To change your email: go to My Profile โ Account Settings โ Change Email. You'll receive a verification link to your new address. To delete your account: go to My Profile โ Account Settings โ Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone. Any pending balance must be cashed out before deletion. Per GDPR, we process deletion requests within 30 days.
