The rules and conditions governing your use of BlitzSurveys. Please read carefully before registering.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you") and BlitzSurveys, Inc. ("BlitzSurveys," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the BlitzSurveys platform, including the website, mobile applications, and all associated services.
By clicking "Create Account," logging in via Google, or otherwise accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may maintain only one (1) BlitzSurveys account. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards, circumvent survey limits, or for any other purpose is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
By participating in surveys, you agree to:
We use automated fraud detection systems to identify suspicious response patterns, unusual completion speeds, and duplicate submissions. Accounts flagged for fraudulent activity will be reviewed and may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Rewards are credited to your account balance upon verified completion of qualifying surveys. Credited amounts are estimates stated in USD and are subject to verification.
Cash out requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during business days. We reserve the right to delay or withhold payment pending fraud review. The minimum cash out threshold is $10.00 USD. Rewards do not expire while your account is active.
BlitzSurveys is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal, gift card providers, or financial institutions. You are responsible for any taxes owed on income received through the platform.
We reserve the right to reverse reward credits if a survey response is determined to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms. Reversed credits will be removed from your account balance with notice sent to your registered email.

All content on the BlitzSurveys platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is the property of BlitzSurveys, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance above the $10.00 minimum will be processed for payout within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, inactivity exceeding 24 months, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any pending or credited rewards may be forfeited.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BlitzSurveys does not guarantee a minimum number of available surveys, continuous platform availability, or specific earning amounts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlitzSurveys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount credited to your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association before any litigation may be commenced. Class action waiver: you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class action.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
